Swingeren.dk is a social network which enables users to share their content and other users to enjoy content and for some to do both. This Privacy Notice explains our practices with respect to personal data we collect and process about you.
Personal data we collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household ('personal data'). How personal data are used
Your personal data vil only be available to users on swingeren.dk, who either has a paid membership via the website or has obtained a membership by visiting one of the clubs.
All content - no matter the visibility has been set - will be available for our moderators, to ensure & keep the content appropriate, tasteful and lawful.
Access to any of a users content and all the users personal data are revoked and not accessible on the website, when users closes their account.
- Developing, improving & operating the website.
- Communicating with you by email and text about the Services, age verification, responding to support inquiries or, sharing information about the Website.
- Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity.
- Complying with applicable laws, regulations, rules and requests of relevant law enforcement and/or other governmental agencies, or for other purposes, as permitted or required by law.
Also, we may require identity checks to ensure that we do not grant access to anyone under 18. Any provided identity information involved in such check will not be kept by us in any way.

We will retain offline backups of the personal data for a period of 1 month.
Payment information:
Payments made by users to access content are processed by our third party payment providers. For example, when you make a payment that is processed by a payment provider, you will provide that third party with your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and security code, which they process and store subject to their privacy policy and terms of service. We do not receive your full credit card number, credit card expiration date, or the security code. Instead, the payment provider provides us with a “token” that represents your account, your card’s expiration date, card type and the first two and last four digits of your card number.
